The series originally began in 2010 in Japan and wouldn’t make its way westward until 2014, but despite having been released for just about every other platform in the industry since then, for some reason it just seemed to miss the Switch. It's terrible.Īny idea of a fix? Because the switch pro controller works flawlessly for everything else, and it has an absolutely insane 50 hr battery life (I've charged it twice since 3rd of march, and I've played through 60 hours of Zelda and 30 of Nier).One of the most interesting holes in the Switch’s library has for a long time been the Danganronpa franchise, a series of murder mystery games originally developed by Spike Chunsoft for the PSP and later the PS Vita. Trying to move with the left stick and look with the right results in a deadlock, a state of non movement with extremely slow moevement at the extreme sides. It also works flawlessly with all of my other games, including others that have no native pad support such as Return to Castle Wolfenstein. I've played through the following games with absolutely no issues with my Switch controller via steam: ![]() As such, it works flawlessly with Steam in controller config mode. I bought a Nintendo Swirch Pro controller along with my switch just over a month ago, and was pleasantly surprised that it identified perfectly as a directinput pad on my PC. ![]()
